COMMUNITY FORUMS
LHL is presenting 'Women for Women', a community forum program addressing topics to review and reflect on the impact and the life journeys of the Living Her Legacy Honorees as well as global and regional relevance to women's issues. Our guests can ask questions, share their experiences, and discuss topics of mutual interest. Forums are an excellent way to create social connections and a sense of community. They can also help you to cultivate an interest group about a particular subject.
The series launching in Fall, 2022 in Fort Collins will be hosted by Patti Smith R.N., Founder/Executive Director of Living Her Legacy and Caridad Souza, Former Director of CSU CENTER FOR WOMEN'S STUDIES & GENDER RESEARCH of Department of Ethnic Studies.
These community forums will take place annually in fall for any woman or girl age 16 years+ who wants to participate. Our requirement is that the guest participant has visited both the public art exhibition, and our Living Her Legacy website to learn about several of our Legacy Honorees' journeys.
